Rizopia brown rice lasagne has texture and a deep nutty flavour. It is very good for you, easy to digest and contains no additives or preservatives.
Follow your lasagne recipe as normal. The sheets do not need pre-cooking or soaking. Layer the dry sheets in the dish side by side. Make sure that there is a liberal helping of sauce both underneath the sheets and on top, to ensure the pasta cooks evenly.
Cover your lasagne dish with foil and cook for about 30 minutes at 175°C. Uncover and bake for a further 10-15 minutes.
