Online and Store Return policy
Reboot aims to help you be and stay healthy to enjoy life to the fullest. However, sometimes a product you purchase may not be what you expected it to be. In that event, please get in touch with us to understand how we can exchange or refund your purchase(s).
For any undamaged product, simply return it to the Reboot store along with the original receipt within 28 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund to the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.
In addition, please note the following applies:
- Returns or exchanges are only possible physically in store and not through postal services or couriers.
- Items must be unused, unopened, in all the original packaging with all seals intact to receive a full refund. You cannot cancel your order or demand a refund once you have opened the product containers or packaging, or if you have used the product.
- Customers are advised that refunds and credit notes will only be given where proof of purchase (receipt, credit card statement, etc) is provided. To qualify for a refund or replacement, products need to be complete with all components and original packaging.
