Coronavirus Update from Reboot
Firstly, we sincerely hope you and your families are well and will continue to stay well during this globally challenging time. Please stay level headed, reasonable and considerate as we are all in this together and should support each other to withstand this strain of the Coronavirus.
I personally, would like to thank our loyal and new customers for your support and custom as this is a challenging time for many small and independent businesses.
Here at Reboot we are so passionate about health and really enjoy helping you remain feeling full of vitality. We’re so grateful to be able to support you and your family’s health and well-being not only at the moment when the need for strengthening your immune system is at the core of our customer’s minds, but throughout the year too.
That well-known phrase “keep calm” is never so prevalent than it is today! So, let's all keep calm and enjoy this time that we can spend with family and friends, embrace love and togetherness, and support and nurture our communities.
As many of you know we are ordering and working hard to keep up with customer demand, however, some of our suppliers and manufacturers are either low or out of stock on some products. We are trying to get alternatives as much as possible but apologise if we aren’t able to get all the products you need at the moment.
As you would expect we have stepped up our cleaning regime to include sanitising the frequently touched parts of our store on a near hourly basis as well as a weekly deep clean so please be assured we are doing what we can to protect you and ourselves from spreading anything.
If you are in self-isolation or just do not want to venture out to the store and are in need of supplies, you can order online through our website (www.reboot-store.co.uk). We will be taking orders online and either delivered in the evening within a 6-mile radius or shipping through Royal Mail if outside of the 6-mile radius.
Should we have to close the store due to guidance from authorities, we will be taking orders online only and conducting a few delivery runs each day for those who live within a 6-mile radius from the store. For those outsides of the delivery radius, we will ship your parcel through Royal Mail.
We will continue to support our customers as best we can and really appreciate you shopping and supporting us as we know you have other options. We hope we are still delivering to our normal high standards, however, if we have dropped the ball on occasion during this busy time we apologise and hope to restore to our normal service next time.
